What To Expect

Your initial consultation is dependant on the service you require.

• Firstly we will ask a number of questions to understand your symptoms and determine how the problem occurred.

• We will then move on to the physical examination. A series of tests will be carried out to isolate the problem areas. It may be necessary to remove some clothing. It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothes, shorts are recommended if symptoms are located in the spine or lower limb

• The findings of your assessment will then be discussed and your treatment plan explained. Treatment will usually commence on your first visit. It is likely you will be given exercises between appointments, completing these will speed up your road to recovery and ensure you gain the most benefit from your treatment
