Coming from a background in professional sport, both playing and coaching, Gavin qualified in 2009 as a Sports Massage Therapist.
With great experience and understanding of the importance of maintaining a balanced, healthy, mobile body through regular stretching, strength exercise and mobility exercises he is passionate about 'Everybody' being able to move better and enjoy their sports, activities and leisure time.
From working with elite athletes to the general public and his own experiences with serious injury, recovery and prevention Gavin is excited to be working within a Multi Disciplinary Team where he can offer his skills and experiences.
